Mr. Naegeli is a Managing Partner at Oberland Capital. Previously, he was a Partner at Paul Capital, where he co-managed the firm's healthcare royalty platform. Prior to joining Paul Capital, Mr. Naegeli spent nearly a decade at Johnson & Johnson, initially in operational and corporate roles, including assessing healthcare technologies across all divisions, followed by five years in principal investing at Johnson & Johnson Development Corporation, the strategic investment and venture capital subsidiary of Johnson & Johnson. In addition, Mr. Naegeli has extensive engineering experience in Europe. He received a Masters in Public and Private Management from the Yale School of Management, and his Diploma in engineering from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology.

Mr. Rubinstein is a Managing Partner at Oberland Capital. Previously, he was a Partner at Paul Capital, where he co-managed the firm's healthcare royalty platform. Prior to joining Paul Capital, he was CEO of Microban International, Ltd. a global licensing business focused on antimicrobial technologies. Mr. Rubinstein had previously worked as an investment banker in the Financial Sponsors Group at Merrill Lynch & Co. He earned a J.D. from New York University School of Law, an M.B.A. from New York University Stern School of Business, and a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Clifford is a Partner at Oberland Capital. Previously, Mr. Clifford was an investment professional with Paul Capital. Prior to joining Paul Capital, Mr. Clifford was an Associate at Health Advances where he led strategy consulting engagements for clients in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, medical device, and diagnostics sectors. Previously, Mr. Clifford worked at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young's Center for Business Innovation. While attending graduate school Mr. Clifford worked at In-Q-Tel, a venture capital firm. Mr. Clifford received his M.S. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Georgetown University and his B.A. from Kenyon College.

Ms. Gonzalo is a Partner at Oberland Capital. Prior to joining Oberland, she was a Managing Director at Vatera Healthcare Partners where she focused on venture capital and private equity investments in the biopharmaceutical industry. Previously, Ms. Gonzalo was a Managing Director with Essex Woodlands, a healthcare-focused growth equity firm, and with the healthcare group of Warburg Pincus, a global private equity firm. Ms. Gonzalo began her career at Goldman Sachs as an Analyst in the firm's Investment Banking Division and Principal Investment Area. Ms. Gonzalo is an honorary member of the Planning Committee and Founding Co-Chair of the Respiratory Innovation Summit, which is hosted by the American Thoracic Society and seeks to unite leading companies, innovators, investors, clinicians and advocacy groups to accelerate innovation in the respiratory space and bring new treatments to patients. Previously, Ms. Gonzalo served as Co-President and board member of the Harvard Business School Healthcare Alumni Association. Ms. Gonzalo earned an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and an A.B. in Biochemical Sciences from Harvard College.

Prior to joining Paul Capital, Mr. Bloom was a Consultant at the Frankel Group where he worked on due diligence, technology assessment and acquisition analysis for clients in the healthcare industry. Previously, Mr. Bloom worked with Innovative Health Solutions focusing on health economics and outcomes research. Mr. Bloom earned his M.B.A with honors from the Wharton School's Healthcare Management Program and his B.A. from Colby College.

Mr. Dubinsky is the CFO at Oberland Capital. Prior to joining Oberland Capital, Mr. Dubinsky was a Managing Director and CFO at Siguler Guff & Company, a private equity firm with over $10 billion of assets under management. Mr. Dubinsky oversaw the accounting and client reporting functions of the Firm. Previously, Mr. Dubinsky was a Manager within the Assurance & Advisory Business Services department at Ernst & Young. Mr. Dubinsky holds a B.S. in Accounting from Binghamton University, a State University of New York, and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York.

Mr. Wiggert is General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Oberland Capital. Previously, he was a Partner at Covington & Burling LLP, where he was a member of the Corporate Group specializing in life sciences. Prior to joining Covington & Burling, he was a Partner at Morrison & Foerster LLP. Mr. Wiggert has worked on numerous royalty and structured financings in the health care industry. He earned his J.D. from Harvard Law School, and his A.B. in Economics from Columbia College. Mr. Wiggert is a member of the California and New York Bars.

Mr. James is the Managing Director of Business Development and Investor Relations at Oberland Capital. Prior to joining Oberland Capital, Mr. James was the Director of Business Development and Investor Relations at Gladius Capital Management, a hedge fund headquartered in Chicago, IL. Previously, Mr. James was a Portfolio Manager at Utah Retirement Systems and a Quantitative Research Analyst at BlackRock Alternative Advisors. Mr. James earned his B.S. in Physics from Brigham Young University.

Prior to joining Oberland Capital, Ms. Siber was a Senior Manager in Corporate Development at Pfizer where she was responsible for evaluating and supporting the execution of the company’s strategic transactions, including M&A and licensing collaborations. Previously, Ms. Siber was an Investment Operations Analyst at Blackstone Alternative Asset Management and an Investment Banking Analyst in the healthcare group at Oppenheimer & Co. Ms. Siber earned her M.B.A. from Columbia Business School and her B.S. in Operations Research & Information Engineering from Cornell University.

Ms. Schifilliti is the Director of Operations at Oberland Capital. Previously, she was an Associate Director of Marketing in KPMG LLP's private equity practice. Ms. Schifilliti was responsible for the development and deployment of national private equity marketing programs including budget and strategic planning, credentials and collateral management, thought leadership development and execution, public relations, event planning and project management. Ms. Schifilliti began her career as an associate in KPMG's audit practice where she spent three years serving higher education and nonprofit clients. She received a B.S. in Accountancy from Villanova University.

Mr. Fillion is a Senior Vice President at Oberland Capital. Prior to joining Oberland, he was an Associate Director in Strategy and Corporate Development at Siemens Healthineers, where he focused on developing the portfolio strategy and executing transactions across in-vitro diagnostics, advanced therapies and medical imaging. Previously, Mr. Fillion was an Investment Banking Associate at Greenhill & Co. and held various commercial roles at GE Healthcare. Mr. Fillion earned an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Virginia.

Dr. Holtrup is a Vice President at Oberland Capital. Prior to joining Oberland, Dr. Holtrup was an Associate Director in Global Analytics & Insight (Early Oncology) at AstraZeneca, where he focused on evaluating the commercial potential of early-stage assets. Previously, Dr. Holtrup was a Consultant at L.E.K. Consulting, where he provided strategic management advising to pharmaceutical and biotech companies. Dr. Holtrup completed a PhD at Yale University, focusing on the molecular mechanisms governing metabolism and obesity. Dr. Holtrup also holds a B.S. from DePaul University in Biology.

Dr. Scott is a Vice President at Oberland Capital. Previously, Dr. Scott was a Consultant at ClearView Healthcare Partners, where she supported strategic advising to biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies. Prior to ClearView, Dr. Scott completed a PhD at Yale University. Her research leveraged genetics, cell biology, and computational imaging to characterize the molecular mechanisms underlying bacterial proliferation. Dr. Scott also holds a B.A. from Amherst College in Biology and Spanish.

Ms. Southard is the Controller at Oberland Capital. Previously, she was a Senior Manager in the Wealth and Asset Management Assurance practice at EY. Ms. Southard has over 11 years of experience in financial reporting, tax, valuation, operations, and compliance within the asset management industry across public and private funds. She received an M.S. and a B.S. in Accountancy from Wake Forest University and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York.

Mr. Borrero is Deputy Chief Compliance Officer and Associate General Counsel at Oberland Capital. Previously, he was a Vice President and Senior Compliance Officer at Goldman Sachs & Co. where he led a team of compliance professionals conducting compliance testing of the firm’s asset management and private wealth businesses. Prior to joining Goldman Sachs, Mr. Borrero was a litigation associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP. He earned his J.D. from the George Washington University Law School and his B.A. from the State University of New York at Albany. He is a member of the New York Bar.

Dr. Lauenstein completed a PhD at the University of Cambridge, focusing on structure and function of innate immunity signaling pathways, and holds an M.Sc. and B.Sc in biochemistry from Ghent University.

Prior to joining Oberland Capital, Mr. Tabor spent 13 years at CU Innovations, the intellectual property commercialization and industry collaboration office at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus, in roles spanning strategy, business development, and licensing. Previously, Mr. Tabor spent several years at Baylor College of Medicine’s Human Genome Sequencing Center. Mr. Tabor earned his M.B.A in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin, a Master of Clinical Gerontology from Baylor University, and a B.A. in Chemistry and Biology from Baylor University.

Previously, Dr. Qiu was a Senior Consultant at ClearView Healthcare Partners where she provided strategic insights to biotech and pharmaceutical companies. Dr. Qiu completed a PhD at Yale University in Genetics focusing on the link between cell cycle control and cell fate decision. Dr. Qiu was a Venture Fellow for Canaan Partners and F-Prime Capital during her graduate work. She also holds a B.S. from the University of Virginia in Biology and Studio Art.
